Roof, gutters downspout, Soffits and fascias and drip edge mesurements reports

I want to learn how to do a mesurement report from PDF blueprints, using Revit or other tool to do it, this kind of work is developed by some companies of material estimation projects. I will add some sample of a report that allows to understand what i want to learn. Thanks
