Roof for 1100 sq ft home

I’m seeking to hire to have my roof replaced by a competent roofer/contractor. It is a pre-manufactured home about 1100 ft.², very simple doublewide. I want all vents and flashing replaced, may need a few boards replaced but not a complete re-sheet. I’ll have you install gutters also if the price is right. This is a great opportunity for a professional roofer to make a little extra on a side job.
