Revit to Navisworks Conversion

I need a Revit model converted to Navisworks with full LOD, including annotations. I need a timeliner simulation (4D), clash detection report and a quantity take off (5D) - i have made the architectural and structural revit model.

Requirements:
- Convert Revit files to Navisworks
- Full LOD with annotations
- Highlight/tag structural and architectural elements
