Revit MEP Pipe Takeoff Specialist

I'm seeking an experienced Revit MEP freelancer for an HVAC pipe quantity takeoff from a Revit model. India-based freelancers are preferred.

Key tasks include:
- Creating pipe schedules
- Extracting lengths, diameters, and fitting counts (count all fittings separately)
- Including insulation details for REFRIGERATION pipes as per Name tag of pipies: such as HG,
- Exporting data to Excel

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Revit MEP
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with pipe takeoff and scheduling
- Ability to provide work samples
