I need the MEP portion of a Revit file to be designed.

The location of this house is Florida, USA; therefore, familiarity with FL code is required.
Please use an efficient design, don't go for the most expensive but the cheapest way to design it in a way that works and covers code requirements.
Again only Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical (MEP) are needed, nothing else.
