Revit Engineer for Residential Drawings
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am seeking an experienced Revit Engineer/Drafter with a strong background in US residential projects, particularly in Florida. The job involves creating comprehensive Structural and MEP drawings for a residential project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings for the Foundation, Framing, Roofing, as well as Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC components.
- Develop Sections and Details, Site Plan, and Floor Plan drawings.
- Set up sheets according to a template I will provide.
Ideal Skillset:
- Proficiency in using Revit, with demonstrated experience in US-based residential projects.
- In-depth understanding of Florida building codes.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate engineering drawings.
