Revit Dynamo Script for Pipe Penetration Coordinates

I'm in need of a dynamo script that will run on Autodesk Revit to identify and output the coordinates for pipe penetrations.
Key Project Specifications:
- The script should be able to analyze the model geometry to determine the pipe penetrations, meaning the process should be fully automated without manual selection or parameter searches required.
- The obtained coordinates of these penetrations must be saved in excel format.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
