Revit 2021 Australian Home Plans

I have a fully measured, detailed floor plan for a medium-sized Australian home (3–4 bedrooms) and now need it converted into construction-ready documentation in Revit 2021 so I can lodge a Development Application with my local council in Victoria.

Your task is to rebuild the plan faithfully in Revit 2021, apply all relevant Victorian drafting conventions, and produce a set of coordinated, dimensioned ground-floor plans suitable for the permit submission. I will provide the existing drawings in PDF/DWG along with site information; you translate them into a clean, parametric Revit model and create the sheets.

Deliverables
• Revit 2021 (.rvt) model with correct Australian families, levels, grids and annotations
• PDF and DWG export of the detailed ground-floor plan ready for council lodgement
• Basic title block, north point, scale bar and notes formatted to Victorian standards

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions, room names and setbacks match the source plan
• Graphics, line weights and text styles conform to Australian drafting practice
• File opens error-free in Revit 2021, with views and sheets already organised for DA submission
