Our building layout must shift to respect newly identified setbacks, and that change ripples through the entire structural concept. I need a licensed structural engineer who can quickly re-work the footing design, adjust equipment placement, and thread plumbing + electrical runs directly through the hollow structural steel (HSS) columns.

Here is the critical concept: before we pour, PVC conduits will already be seated inside each HSS member so that once the concrete fill cures, the services sit in the exact center of the column. Your drawings should show the coordination points, sleeve sizes, and any shear or fire-stop details that approach requires.

We are still at the initial design phase, so nothing in the field limits creative solutions—only the setbacks do. Deliverables I expect:

• Updated footing calculations and details that reflect the reduced footprint
• Revised framing plans and schedules identifying every HSS column with embedded services
• Clear MEP coordination diagrams that align with the new column cores
• A concise notes sheet spelling out construction sequencing so the contractor understands when PVC must be placed relative to rebar and concrete placement
