Review Drawings and Utah Stamp
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete set plans and engineering calculations for a residential detached garage with a storage loft. The plans include complete drawings, calculations, a site plan and a 3D rendering. The plans are available in both DWG and PDF. I am the owner of the plans.
This job is for a review of the plans and calculations plus any recommendations for design or structural changes. In particular I am interested to see if the option for the clear span below the loft using the steel beams is the best option and most cost-effective option.
Once any edits are made, if needed, then this job would include a Utah Engineer stamp for the permit process. I will retain ownership of the final plans before and after any edits.
