Retractable Roof Pergola engineer plan

I am looking for an engineer to draw up plans for a retractable roof pergola. The pergola will be free standing and have a size of 100-500 square feet of area to be installed. Additionally, it is important that the retractable roof be fully automated. I am looking for the engineer to draw up plans for the retractable roof and provide the necessary designs for it to be implemented. I am open to all kinds of suggestions to make sure the final product meets my criteria.
