Retirement Village Structural Steel Design

I'm seeking a professional with expertise in creating structural steel designs for a retirement village. This project will involve working with beams, columns, trusses, and framework, and you will need to ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry-specific regulations. The level of detail required in the structural steel drawings is shop fabrication drawings.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in structural steel design
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations
- Ability to create shop fabrication drawings
- Experience with designing for commercial and residential structures including balconies or similar projects is required.
- We are currently working on a project for a retirement village encompassing 130 + tonne of steel.
Experience at this level is essential.
- We are keen to develop a long standing relationship with our SE for future works, please review our business presentation to see portfolio of works and maturity of company.
- Before proceeding with any contracted works we will require references and clear demonstration of similarly previously worked projects.
