Retaining Wall and Yard Design Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need detailed civil plans to construct a retaining wall using concrete blocks. The primary purpose of the wall is to create a level area in my yard.
Additionally, I require a yard design that incorporates a drainage system.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in civil engineering and landscape design
- Experience with concrete block retaining walls
- Knowledge of effective drainage systems
This is an add-on to the current house and will be created below the current structure. See google
earth and search 70 Ridgecrest Road, Kentfield, CA 94904. Need to have these plans submitted for
approval by the HomeOwners Association. Sample plan also attached from different neighbor. I have
top included as well below and some rough ideas where the wall goes and sizing. (Goodhill not my project
but you get the idea)
