Retail Space Floor Plan Modification
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a professional to create before and after floor plans for a commercial retail space renovation.
Key Requirements:
- Remove the existing demising wall
- Remove the current restroom
- Add a Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) layout
- add scope of work (since most of this is cosmetic, i need something to submit for permits. we will also be adding HVAC ducts, & lighting so it is important to showcase this somehow?)
I do have an existing layout/survey and a proposed layout, just need it to look more professional! the existing layout attached is only for the right side of the building. As you can see, a demising wall was added which will be knocked down to create one space.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD or similar software
- Experience with commercial floor plans
- Knowledge of retail space design
Please provide previous examples of similar projects you've completed.
Design should follow standard industry practices without specific restrictions. Maintain the original dimensions of the space for the new layouts. Include only key furniture and fixtures without specifics. The FFE layout should include general locations and types of furniture, fixtures, and equipment without specific details (if I can get specific dimensions I will provide).
The project should be completed within two weeks. I need mostly done for a meeting on 12/3.
3D renderings are not necessary, focus on detailed 2D plans. We did get some 3D renderings done to show the vibe but some of the FF&E needs to be updated and they are not super accurate.
