Residential home -- 2

Looking to have someone design/draft our new home based on a floor plan we have found that we like (with some minor modifications).

This is what I need. Please tell me what you can, or can’t, provide:

All drawings typical for permit and building-
-floor plans
-roof plans (asphalt shingle)
-site plans
-framing plans (concrete block first floor)
-foundation plans (slab)
-mechanical plans
-plumbing plans
-electrical plans
-all typical cross sections
-window and door R.O.’s
-ceiling details

Any and all revisions necessary to obtain permitting and any necessary unforeseen building modifications

Also would be helpful, but not necessary, if you can get engineer to stamp for all plans?
