Residential electrical cost items database for a electrical contractor
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm currently in the process of creating a cost items database for residential electrical service items. I would like someone who has previous experience with similar work. I will need the database to be input into my management software called "Contractor Foreman". This database will need assemblies of materials assigned to each task.
Key Requirements:
- Cost estimates for lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, circuit breakers, and all other necessary items for a residential electrical service and remodel with adjustments for different types of condition that can e encountered.
- A detailed breakdown of costs for each category is essential.
- Extensive experience in providing accurate and reliable cost estimates for electrical systems is a must.
- Knowledge of the current market rates for electrical components and services is highly desirable. We will be basing the pricing of tasks by using NECA labor units and factoring in my company hourly cost with overhead and material pricing.
