Residential complex design

the idea is to make a small social housing l complex with a commercial plaza in front and in the back the buildings that I will facilitate the cad with the lot and the mass of the building to just place the space and the project is to design the surroundings not the building itself just the urban design, simple common areas, park, plaza, open gym area, pool , social space king of club house, also the parking spaces, gardens etc living a 5 meters between each building . I will upload examples, its just a CAD file for now that i will probably develop into a more design concept later.
