Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced HVAC designer to create a detailed air conditioning plan for my villa. The system will include both concealed ducted AC units and wall-mounted split AC units. The design must ensure efficiency, proper airflow, and compliance with local building codes.
Project Scope:
1. Project area:
Saudi Arabia - Dhahran City
2. AC System Type:
Concealed ducted AC for:
• Men’s sitting area
• Living area
• Main bedroom
Wall-mounted split AC for all other area of the villa.
3. Sleeves & Piping:
All AC sleeves should be designed to run straight in the wall until they reach either the floor or the top floor, ensuring a clean and efficient installation.
4. Deliverables:
• HVAC layout with unit placements
• Ductwork design for concealed AC units
• Proper routing of refrigerant piping and drainage
• Load calculations and unit sizing
• Recommendations for unit specifications
• CAD/PDF drawings ready for implementation
Requirements:
• Experience in residential HVAC design
• Knowledge of concealed and split AC systems
• Ability to design in compliance with local HVAC standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
