Residential Swimming Pool & Spa Engineering Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced civil engineer to design a comprehensive engineering plan for a small residential swimming pool and spa. It is primarily for personal use, with some specific requirements.
Key Deliverables:
- MEP Plan: This includes a detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plan, standardized to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Site Plan: client will supply hand drawn site plan that will need to be formalized to meet necessary requirements for building permits.
- Block Wall Pool & Spa Structural Engineering Plan
This design MUST be for a block wall ( 8x8x16”) w rebar motar and plaster to meet code. In ground rectangular pool size 11’x 24’ with dept from 3’ to max 6’
Features
- Heating System: SPA attached but outside pool perimeter
- Lighting: Develop a lighting plan that ensures both practical illumination and aesthetic appeal.
The ideal candidate will offer :
- Proven experience in designing residential swimming pools and spas.
- CA PE or Structural Design Engineer Signed and Stamped
- Strong knowledge of MEP principles and local building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with me and ensure the final design meets city expectations.
Files: handdrawm site plan, pool design sketch, city permit application requirements, photos of existing excavation
