I'm in need of an experienced engineer to assist with the structural design component of a renovation in my residential property. The key details of the project include:
- Working on the structural design for a specific part of the property undergoing renovation.
- Knowledge and ability to design and calculate structural beam and collum specifications, plus parapet wall and foundation to accommodate an existing sewer are necessary.
- No HVAC or Plumbing design services are required for this project.
