Hi, I am building a house in the US in Florida on a river. I have detailed Architectural drawings with cad files and a geotechnical report. I need a set of structural plans and MEPS drawn up for permitting and to conform with local codes City of Bonita Springs 34135. Would you be interested?
a. Fully dimensioned and detailed floor plan
b. (4) Elevation Views
c. Digitally Signed and Sealed Construction Plans. Hard copies can be provided at
Client request and will be billed according to "Copy Costs" in Section "F" Fee Schedule.
d. Allow 1 modification of the above Preliminary Plans (See Modification Disclosure in Section D)
e. Foundation Plan (Steel Locations, Footer Sizes, etc.)
f. Electrical Layout
g. Plumbing Layout
h. Truss Layout
i. Proposed structure location on your lot (Survey Required by Owner)
j. Wall Sections and Structural Details
k. All applicable notes required by local Building Department
Key Tasks:
- Assess and determine the stability, strength, and rigidity of the building structure.
- Investigate designs, materials, and shapes to ensure that the platform can withstand the applied loads.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in residential structural design.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field is necessary.
- Understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ability to translate complex, technical concepts into understandable terms for clients.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
