Residential Structural Engineer Needed

This is for a condominium in Winchester, VA. We wish to demolish two small interior walls in the kitchen and place an island where the walls currently sit. We need to make sure that the walls we want to remove are non-loadbearing.

We already have a remodeling company lined up, but the homeowners association requires engineer-stamped structural plans. Looking to hire immediately.
