I'm seeking an experienced structural designer for a residential project. The focus will be on the foundation and framing using concrete and steel.

Key Requirements:
- Design safe and efficient structural systems
- Foundation and framing expertise
- Proficiency in using concrete and steel
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Degree in structural engineering or architecture
- Proven experience in residential structural design and raft foundation
- Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Etabs,Spacegass,microstran, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
