Residential Structural Beam Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a 1500 sqft in St Pete Beach Florida. I need to remove some bearing walls and replace them with beams. I have 8” in width for the beam, I would like to keep the depth as little as possible. I need permit-ready stamped plans for the building department, including tie-downs and footing details. I have stamped as-built CAD drawings of the house.
