Residential Site Plan Draft

The drafting of a site plan along with a parcel detail and vicinity map for a single family house site all on an 18" X 24" sheet via CAD. The site plan and parcel detail need to show the property lines, corners, dimensions, streets, right away, creek thalweg, water and sewer lines, building envelope, wetland and buffer lines, set backs, lot number and lot size, etc. A few dozen property/site plan notes will also need to be drafted. PDF files will be needed for the review and correction process and dwg and pdf files will needed for the final draft. Finished Sample Image is provided but Sample is for Lot 2 but project is for Lot 1.
