Residential Rooms Interior Design

I’m ready to give my home a fresh, cohesive look and need a creative interior designer to guide the transformation of three key areas—living room, bedroom and kitchen. The property is purely residential; no commercial or office considerations are in play, so you can focus all of your ideas on comfort, personality and everyday practicality.

What I’ll provide:
• Room measurements, photos and a brief rundown of my style preferences, favourite colour palettes and must-keep furniture pieces.

What I need from you:
• Concept development for each room that ties together in an overall design story.
• Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts that maximise flow and function.
• Mood boards and material/colour suggestions that I can easily source.
• 3D visualisations or high-quality renders so I can picture the final result before I start buying.
• A concise shopping list specifying key furniture, lighting and décor items (with links if possible).

Ideal tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max or similar—whatever you are comfortable with as long as the deliverables arrive in common file formats (PDF, JPEG/PNG and original source files).

Acceptance criteria:
1. All three rooms reflect a consistent design language while catering to their unique purposes.
2. Floor plans are accurate to the measurements I supply and show clear traffic flow.
3. Renders closely match the approved mood boards.
4. Final package is delivered in an organised folder structure, ready for contractor hand-off.
