We need floor plans and elevations for submission to council for minor renovations to a double storey rectangular 10m x 8m house with a flat IBR roof.
4 nonstructural interior walls to be broken out on second storey.
All doors and windows to be changed to Aluminium sliders with a steel beam support above east elevation sliders
The addition of an L-shaped 170mm high rib and block concrete deck supported on steel plinths to the East elevation on the second storey
The addition of 5.8 x 3m garage on an existing slab: brick and mortar, IBR cladded, with IBR roof o
We already have detailed sketch draft plans and a structural engineer on site to detail the steel support structure but need CAD digital building plans for submission to the Simons Town council South Africa.
The CAD designer would need knowledge of the Simonstown Municipality building plan requirements
