Residential Renovation Architect
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for an architect who specializes in residential renovation and remodel design. The project involves a few areas of my home: the kitchen, bathrooms, and living/dining room.
We are renovating 2500 SF ranch in VA Beach, VA. Moving a couple of walls to open the space. Need 2D plans to take to city to pull homeowner permit. We will then hire licensed subs to pull trade permits and complete the work. :-)
I already have good rough plans in hand (attached).
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proven experience in residential architecture, specifically in renovation and remodels.
- Knowledge of current building codes and regulations.
