Residential Radiant In-floor Heating System Design

I have a preliminary design for installing hydronic in-floor radiant heat in my home renovation/addition. I am using 1/2" PEX (link: https://www.vevor.com/pex-tubing-c_10837/1-2-x-1000ft-pex-tubing-pex-pipe-oxygen-barrier-o2-evoh-red-radiant-floor-heat-p_010912625553). I have an existing natural boiler that has 80K BTH/HR output that was previously connected to hydronic baseboard heat (copper). It has been retrofitted by a local HVAC contractor to continue to provide heat via one of the original baseboard heat zones while also connecting to a Cross Manifold (link: ) capable of 8 zones. The existing home is approximately 1900 sq feet, the addition is a bonus room above a new attached garage - total about 550 sq feet.

The city has asked that I have a licensed engineer in the state of MN approve my plan. I have done some preliminary rough calculations on heat requirements of the home, the additional pump required (which has already been installed as part of the retrofit), and that the PEX I've selected can be used to provide both the supply/return to each zone and also used for the max ~300 foot circuits/loops in each zone. I'm curious how much it would cost to have an engineer review my plans and provide the stamp/approval that the city is requesting. Thank you.
