Residential Property Snagging Inspector in Dubai

I'm in need of an experienced and qualfied property inspector in Dubai. The task involves inspecting a new residential property for snagging issues prior to handover in the JLT area.

Key requirements:
- Physical inspection of the property
- Identifying potential snagging issues
- Provide detailed report
- Able to provide references or examples of previous inspections
- Able to follow up and sign off after snagging faults have been fixed by the developer.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Prior experience in property inspection
- Appropriate qualification - preferably interNACHI qualified or similar
- Knowledge in identifying structural, electrical, finishing, tiling, painting, water pressure, aligning, plumbing issues, etc etc.
- Based in Dubai

The inspection will cover 3.5 bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living Room and Kitchen (2,000 sq ft appartment). I'm looking for detailed and clear reporting on any issues that may need to be addressed for the developer to resolve.
