I'm seeking a skilled professional to create detailed plat plans for a residential development. The plans should include:

* MUST BE LICENSED IN TEXAS*

- Property boundaries
- Building footprints
- Roads and driveways

The plans need to be detailed with measurements and utilities. Ideal candidates should have experience in land development and proficiency in drafting accurate and compliant plat maps. Please provide samples of similar work done.
