Residential PDF to DWG Conversion & Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a professional who can convert my PDF residential building plans into DWG or another industry-standard format. The project involves shortening the overall building length by about 4 to 5 feet and adding traditional rail balconies to give it a coastal Cape Cod aesthetic. The finished design must not exceed 72 ft.
Key tasks include:
- Converting PDF plans to DWG
- Modifying the design as specified
- Adding Texas Engineering stamps in CAD format
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with CAD software, a strong understanding of residential building design, and the ability to create visually appealing modifications in line with the specified style. Minimal interior changes are required.
