Residential New-Build Construction
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This project centres on the complete construction of a brand-new residential structure. The site is cleared and permitted; what remains is the full build—foundation through final finishes—delivered to local code and industry-standard safety practices.
Scope includes site preparation, footings, slab, framing, roofing, external enclosure, rough-in services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and interior fit-out up to a move-in-ready hand-over. All work must follow the supplied architectural drawings as well as the safety plan filed with the permit office.
I will provide drawings, soil report and any municipal guidelines immediately after award so you can confirm quantities, timeline and staging. In return I need a concise project schedule, material take-offs and evidence of relevant residential construction experience. Code compliance inspections will be scheduled jointly; passing each inspection is the acceptance criterion for that phase.
Quality craftsmanship, clear communication and a spotless safety record are essential from start to finish.
