Residential Irrigation System Designer Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm in the market for a freelancer who can competently perform basic irrigation system designs and material lists for residential homes. You'll be working off of my hand-drawn plans, potentially on an ad-hoc basis. Here's what I'm looking for:
Skills & Experience:
- A strong understanding of irrigation system design (Intermediate level)
- Familiarity with material sourcing for irrigation projects (we have our standard suppliers and primarily use Rainbird materials)
- Experience with residential homes & sport fields
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Producing basic irrigation system designs
- Compiling associated material lists
- Reviewing and, if applicable, enhancing my hand-drawn plans
- Calculation of pressure and pipes to be used.
- Supplying a PDF of the plan.
We are a small company and already have a strike rate of 70% on all our quotations for irrigation systems. This is to ensure that we look professional and for our employees to know what to do on each job, as currently it requires a lot of my own on-site attention.
I welcome any potential improvements you may suggest based on your experience and expertise. Please note that this isn't a consistent requirement, but an occasional one. If this fits well with your skills and experience, I'd welcome your bid.
