Residential Interior Design

I’m ready to re-envision my home and would like a skilled interior designer to guide the process from concept to final visuals. Because the project is purely residential, every recommendation—from spatial flow to material selection—should suit everyday living and reflect a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

Scope
• Review the existing plan and photos I’ll provide.
• Propose two or three cohesive design concepts with mood boards, colour palettes, and initial layout sketches.
• Develop the preferred concept into detailed floor plans, furniture placement, and lighting suggestions.
• Supply photorealistic 3D renders that let me see how the space will feel before committing to purchases.

Deliverables
1. Concept boards (PDF or online link)
2. Scaled layout drawings (DWG or PDF)
3. 3D renders (JPEG/PNG)

Acceptance Criteria
- Concepts align with my feedback on functionality and aesthetics.
- Renders accurately match the approved layout and selections.
- All files arrive in the agreed formats and can be opened without proprietary plug-ins.

Tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max are welcome—just stick to whichever lets you deliver clear, editable documents and lifelike visuals.
