Residential House Architectural Drawings Update
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a professional to update my architectural drawings for a medium pitched residential house. The updates should incorporate:
- A new name for the house
-update the elevations to include no brick (color elevations included)
- Adjustments to the roof pitch
- Inclusion of the updated heated square footage (1501-2000 sq/ft)
- Changes to the scale (to 1/4)
- Call out for exterior materials
- An added landscape plan with two types of plants
-add garage windows as shown
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in architectural design, with a keen understanding of residential structures. Proficiency in architectural software is a must.
