Residential Home Plan Finish Out
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced architect and drafter to complete the designs for my residential home, including MEP plans, foundation and roof plans, and a full set of construction drawings. The home is located in North Carolina, so familiarity with local construction standards and codes would be beneficial.

I also have an existing design that will need some modifications. The floor plans for the detached garage, main level and second floor are drawn up but I cannot get the roof or design i have in sketchup to match chief architect, so experience with adapting and improving pre-existing blueprints is crucial. I am looking for someone proficient in Chief Architect and SketchUp, who can also provide quality home renderings.
