I am looking for assistance with constructing a large residential home with modern design. This project requires construction of a five-plus bedroom home with modern architectural style. The ideal freelancer for this job should have prior experience in constructing large residential homes as well as the ability to successfully deliver quality results that are up to modern standards.
Thomasville Changes:
1. Covered extended front porch
2. Each bedroom to have it's own bathroom
3. Add a powder room
Hudson Changes
Changes:
1. Remove columns
2. Mother in law suite to have a balcony and kitchenette
3. Regular master bedroom is downstairs
4. Flex room becomes an office
5. 10x10 space to be a workout room by the office
6. Large covered deck for backyard
The Granby Changes
The flex and dining area become the master bedroom with a bath
Extend the garage and add the dining room on that side
