Residential Foundation Plan for Manufactured Home
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have existing foundation plan for a manufactured home that I need to have stamped by a licensed Colorado [USA] PE. I also need to incorporate into the plans the use of the LiteFoot shallow footer insulation system. I only have plans in PDF format.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Expertise in designing residential foundation plans
- Comprehensive understanding of manufactured home foundations
- Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience in structural engineering or related field
The attached AnchorPanel foundation plans have been used and certified in many States but I have to have a Colorado stamped version for my local building department. I want to incorporate the LiteFoot shallow footing system to avoid having to dig footers down past my frost depth which is about 39 inches. Unfortunately, I don't have a CAD version of the plans.
