I'm looking for a complete set of architectural and engineering plans for a traditional-style duplex, intended for rental residential use. The duplex should meet the following specifications and include the necessary components:
1. Architectural Plans:
- Comprehensive floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof designs
- Detailed designs for all doors and windows
2. Structural Engineering Plans:
- Complete structural designs
- Foundation and framing plans
- Calculations included
3. MEP Plans:
- Thorough designs for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems
Specifications:
- The duplex will feature 3 bedrooms with one on the main level.
- Three bathrooms with area for full size washer and dryer preferred.
- Maximum dimensions: 59' width and 50' depth.
- An outdoor plan to accommodate a driveway, garage, and basic landscaping is required.
- Design should include a one-car garage.
