Residential Draftsperson in Melbourne, Australia for Site & Architectural Plans

I'm seeking a skilled draftsperson based in Melbourne, Australia to create comprehensive site and architectural plans for a residential project. This includes detailing a deck with specific materials, offsets and footing details. The professional will also handle submissions for Secondary Consent and Build Over Easement to both Council and Utility providers.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Proficiency in creating site and architectural plans
- Experience with detailing decks, including materials and footing details
- Prior experience with council and utility submissions

Build of a decking in my backyard. There is a 800mm high landing area that is 4.3m wide by 1.1m deep spanning the outside areas of dining and laundry. Because of the slopy land, the landing area is approx. 650mm on the other end.
The idea is to build a free-standing deck of approx. 9 to 10 SQM at the same height as an extension to the 4.3m wide landing area.
