Residential Drafter Needed for Lakefront Home

I'm seeking an experienced residential drafter for a lakefront home project. The home plan is partially drafted and needs to be finalized. It has been approved by the County with one condition: removal of the balcony above the garage door.

Required finalizations:
• Draft a roof plan & detailing (metal roofing)
• Draft a foundation plan & details (basement)
• Electrical plan layout completion

The ideal candidate should have:
• Experience with U.S. residential construction drawings
• Immediate availability
• Strong communication skills and prompt responses
