Residential Deck with Roof CAD Drawings
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm in need of a seasoned drafter who can create precise CAD drawings for a medium-sized residential deck with a roof (similar to attached photos). The project must adhere to Australian standards, specifically AS 1684.
It’s approximately
- 10x3m deck
- 1m high deck
- it’s an extension off the rear of my house
- I want the roof to be supported separately to my house
- skillion roof
The height of the roof is about 4m from grade
I will need to submit the stamped plans to local council in Queensland for approval
Deliverables:
- Comprehensive site plan
- Detailed elevations
- Structural specifics
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience with Australian codes is essential
- Proficiency in CAD
- Strong understanding of deck and roof design
