I'm in need of an experienced architect or drafter to prepare key construction documents for a residential project that we have. Given the project involves a property of over 2,000 sq ft in a flood zone, a comprehensive understanding of residential spaces and an eye for detail is vital for this role.
The job will require:
- Creating construction documents for the whole project
You should ideally possess:
- Proven experience in residential construction and document preparation in Florida FEMA
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD or similar.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Florida flood zone / coastal areas
- Examples of past floor plans and construction documents you've completed.
