Residential Construction Billing Engineer

My residential build is ready to move from design to execution and all detailed plans—architectural, structural, and services—are in hand. What I need now is a civil engineer who can focus exclusively on billing.
Your mission is to turn those drawings into rock-solid cost documents: an itemised Bill of Quantities, precise material take-offs, progress payment bills, and any necessary variation reports. The figures you prepare will be the basis for contractor payments, so accuracy and clear traceability back to the plans are essential.
I will provide the full CAD/PDF drawing set and any previous cost data on award. Ideally, you’re comfortable working in AutoCAD for the take-offs and Excel (or similar) for the BOQ and billing sheets, though I’m open to your preferred software if it speeds things up.
Deliverables & timing
• Draft BOQ within five days of receiving the files
• Monthly or milestone-based progress bills as the build advances
• Variation and extra-item sheets when scope changes occur
