Residential Condo Leisure Areas

I am developing a purely residential condominium and, at this stage, I need a complete project for the leisure infrastructure. The brief is focused on two key elements: a swimming pool and a multi-use sports court. Security systems or parking layouts may be commissioned later, but right now all attention is on creating inviting, code-compliant spaces that add real value to the residents’ day-to-day life.

For the pool, I want a design that serves both adults and children, with clear zoning for different depths, adequate filtration equipment, safe fencing, and thoughtful decking that blends into the surrounding landscape. The sports court should fit futsal and basketball dimensions, include proper lighting for night use, and connect to the rest of the site through accessible pathways that also allow emergency vehicle access.

This is what I need from you:

• A master plan locating the pool and court within the condominium plot.
• Two to three concept alternatives showing material palettes, landscaping notes, and mood imagery.
• Final architectural drawings in AutoCAD or Revit (plus PDFs) ready for engineering review.
• Basic 3D perspectives or renders that communicate scale, ambience, and finishes.

Please note any preferred software—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.—so I can provide compatible topographic and zoning files once we start.
