Residential & Commercial Electrical Specialist

I have both residential and commercial properties that need professional electrical attention. The scope ranges from routine troubleshooting through to full installations and upgrades, so I am keen to work with an electrician who is equally comfortable inside a family home and in a busier commercial setting.

The plumbing side of the buildings is already covered; this project is strictly for electrical work. Because there is no hard deadline, quality and code-compliant workmanship matter more to me than speed. Please include in your response a brief outline of your approach to safety, any relevant licensing or certifications, and examples of similar mixed-property projects you have completed.

All materials can be supplied by me or sourced by you—let me know what makes the most sense once you understand the job. I am happy to schedule an on-site walk-through before we finalise the work plan.
