Key Tasks:
- Develop foundation plans: I need a professional to help create a solid and stable foundation plan that is suitable for a residential construction in Michigan.
- Create floor plans: As we're in the detailed design phase, I am in need of a civil engineer who can develop detailed floor plans that are both functional and adhere to local building regulations.
- Design MEP plans: I require the expertise of a professional who can create Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) plans that are efficient, safe and meet the requirements of a residential building in Michigan.
- Develop truss load plans: I need an expert who can help develop truss load plans which adhere to local building codes and can withstand Michigan's weather conditions.
