Residential & Carpark Lighting Design using AGi32 or DiaLux
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I'm looking for a skilled lighting designer to work on a small residential apartment complex and car park. The project requires an understanding of Australian standards for lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design lighting for common areas
- Individual apartment lighting
- Car park lighting
*All lighting to comply with Australian Standards.
*Project must be designed using AGi32 or DiaLux software
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in lighting design
- Knowledge of Australian standards
- Should be able to use AGi32 or DiaLux Software
Note: Scope of work is attached along with some Sample drawings.
Deliverables:
1. Dwg & pdf drawings with lighting fixture layout along with lux levels noted on them.
2. Lighting legend & schedule
3. Emergency lighting along with lux levels in the basement, fire stairs, and lobbies.
4. Lighting to comply with section J of the current BCA
5. Lighting specifications
6. Any other lighting calculations report that would be relevant to the overall lighting design.
7. Deadline: 19/04/2024
