Residential CAD Elevations & Site Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a residential project in progress and need an experienced AutoCAD drafter to finish it off. The core of the work is filling in all the missing details on my existing layout, then producing:
• Fully annotated elevations and a coordinated roof plan
• A complete site sketch that covers the entire property layout, including grading information, setbacks, and any driveway, garden, or utility runs that affect levels.
You will start from my current DWG files I expect clean layer management, clear dimensioning, and file delivery back in native AutoCAD plus a plotted PDF set ready for review. Familiarity with residential grading standards, contours, and spot elevations is essential; this job is more than just linework.
If you have a portfolio that shows similar residential work—especially detailed exterior elevations, roof geometry, and full-property grading plans—please share it so I can gauge fit. Turnaround and availability to iterate quickly over the next week will be important.
